3. HOW TO TRACK
Normally, we would automatically generate a track and trace code for you, but as we are currently hindered by the international lockdowns, some sending might ship without a track and trace. Rest assured, we only work with reliable and safe partners.
As soon as your order has been received, you will be kept in the loop by our team about when it ships and how to take local restrictions and policies into account.
4. HOW TO RETURN
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from SCAPAHOME.COM. If you are not happy with an item you have purchased, we will gladly accept an exchange or refund request. You have 15 days to return your order, from the moment of ordering. Contact our team at email@example.com or by Instagram or FaceBook to receive personal support.
Please, make sure any fitted item bears no sign of wear and tear.
Refunds will be processed within 15 days after receiving your returned items.
